Basic course:

Take off Interview – once you enrolled, a one-hour interview will confirm if the program corresponds to what you are looking for and vice versa.

1st Conscious Leader 6-day Seminar – Dates: 31.08.2021 – 05.09.2021

This is 6 full days in person, in a group setting. 3 days of personal mastery + 3 days of practicing tools and situations. Personal mastery is the core of our methodology, because it is the only way to get a change that is not just cosmetic. 

In the first 3 days we deep dive into self-awareness and unravel our individual unconscious mechanisms. This is a discovery process – a little simple theory, more engaging exercises. The next 3 days are practice-oriented on communication tools, such as difficult conversations, delicate declarations, giving and receiving feedbacks, listening and empathy. After these practices most of the participants surprisingly admit: “it seems I have never really listened to another person before!”.

1st Follow-up – 1 hour and ½ of group coaching (6-7 people) with a Leo Coach scheduled in the weeks starting 27.09 – 04.10 – 18.10 – 08.11.2021, usually in videocall.

The goal is to practice the tools acquired in the Conscious Leader Seminar, getting support from the Coach and each other, sharing with peers how you apply these tools to your life and work, and learn from one another.

Goals and Time Management Workshop – 24.11 evening – 25.11 – 26.11.2021

Workshop in person, one evening + 2 full days. Thanks to the discoveries made in the personal mastery seminar, we take time to look at our goals and see if they really inspire us and our teammates. As most of the time we shoot our energy in a wrong direction, we will understand the structure of inspiring goals and adjust objectives and actions coherently. 

2nd Follow-up – 1 hour and ½ of group coaching (6-7 people) with a Leo coach schedule in the weeks starting 20.12.21 – 17.01 – 07.02 – 28.02.2022, usually in videocall.

Further tools to apply in daily life.

2nd Conscious Leader 6-day Seminar – Dates: 07.03.2022 – 12.03.2022

The second seminar is repeated to allow a deeper and more effective understanding of LEO Methodology and its application.

3rd Follow-up – 1 hour and ½ of group coaching (6-7 people) with a Leo coach schedule in the weeks starting 28.03 – 11.04 – 02.05 – 23.05.2022, usually in videocall.

Delegation and Meeting Management Workshop – 14.06 evening – 15.06 – 16.06.2022

Workshop in person, one evening + 2 full days. 

Most of one-hour meetings can be summarized in 5 minutes. We will see what is happening during the remaining 55 minutes and learn the tools of creating the safe context that will allow collective intelligence to evolve and make your meetings way fruitful and effective, rather than spending time in arguments and/or competing with ideas. 

Delegation is a very important process for the team and the business to grow. Most leaders either have difficulties to delegate, or they delegate but do not follow. After one year of personal mastery practice, we will see how to do it from a totally different angle.

Graduation Day – 27.08.2022 

At the Graduation Day you can invite whoever you want. You will present your Year Journey, your discoveries, your difficulties and your Next Level.

 

Standard Course:

LEO Feedback – October 2021

Leo Feedback will unravel your blind spots and your main unconscious behaviors. 

The process starts with a call for onboarding, during which you evaluate yourself and name 8 feedback partners: people willing to be sincere, people willing to help you identify your blind spots, who will be interviewed individually by LEO Coaches. Their responses are gathered in a final document, then delivered to you to help you decide on what you want to focus during your training.

Personal Coaching – October 2021 – February 2022

8 sessions of individual coaching. We often hear and agree with many things mentally, but applying them to our lives, changing our behavior need more work. Support from a professional Leo Coach will become a real backwind for the process.

 

Executive Course:

Everything that is in Standard and plus:

LEO Final Feedback – May 2022

This is second LEO Feedback at the end of the course that will give you the 360-degree view on your progress. 

The process starts with a call for onboarding, during which you evaluate yourself and name 8 feedback partners: people willing to be sincere, people willing to help you identify your blind spots, who will be interviewed individually by LEO Coaches. Their responses are gathered in a final document, then delivered to you to help you decide on what you want to focus during your training.
